Description:
The Dining Services team at Centenary University is looking for a Marketing & Communications Intern for the Fall 2019 Semester. The intern will be working directly with the General Manager and Dining Services Team.

The Marketing Campus Intern will support the initiative of Creating Exceptional Student Experiences in all our dining locations at Centenary University and will assist with social media planning and implementation. Intern will also assist with the creation and distribution of communication collateral, print, and digital. Intern must be comfortable and able to run tabling events during lunch or dinner meal times. Intern must be outgoing, organized, independent, possess excellent communication skills; both verbal and written, have a strong ability to work with others and must be able to work at least three days a week during the semester.

Qualifications:

  • Must be a Centenary University Student
  • Sophomore, Junior or Senior in good academic standing
  • Marketing or Communications Major preferred
  • MUST have ability during one day of the week (Monday-Thursday) from 11:00 am-3:00 pm or 4:30 pm-7:00 pm
  • Experience with Facebook, Twitter and Instagram is preferred
  • Experience in Microsoft Publisher, Microsoft Excel, Photoshop and Illustrator knowledge are a plus but not required
  • Flexibility in schedule, 12 hour per week commitment some nights and weekends may be required
  • MUST be able to attend training and orientation during summer months.
