Simple ServingsNavigating campus dining with dietary restrictions can be stressful. Simple Servings takes the worry and confusion out of dining on campus by providing safe, delicious choices for diners with food allergies or gluten intolerance. Simple Servings excludes milk, eggs, wheat, soy, shellfish, peanuts, tree nuts, and gluten from all menu items. All station workers are AllerTrain certified.

Rustic Roots

Plant-based dining is all the rage and is ranked as highly desirable by our students. Vegan entrees and sides will be available at other stations, but we have a station, marked by the Vegan logo, that exclusively features vegan cuisine. Meatless alternatives include tempeh paella, sweet potato kale curry from local farms and chipotle quinoa burrito bowls will be featured.

myzoneLOGO1webMy Zone is a gluten-friendly pantry that features gluten-free and dairy alternative foods and a dedicated microwave, toaster, and storage refrigerator to avoid gluten cross-contamination. Cyclone Dining will work with individual students to source specialty products such as their favorite gluten-free bread, wraps, and desserts.

UCookKitchen_LogoUCook Kitchen is a multidimensional, fully customizable experience built into the traditional dining hall, turning students into food influencers. The station stocks an assortment of ready-to-cook proteins, vegetables, grains, and starches paired with a pantry of sauces, aromatics, and seasonings. These ingredients are supplied alongside induction stoves, pans, cutlery, and other tools to empower students to create their own meals. Each experience is a chance to learn new skills, explore new ingredients and connect with other students all within the convenience of a meal plan.
